The hotel is constructed on a plot of 400mē, with a total area constructed of some 556mē and approx 150mē of terraces, it will boast 9 good sized suites each with a terrace and a bathroom. An additional plot of 600mē has been designated as garden. The Hotel is fully licensed and there is already an agreement in place to use the communal pool & tennis courts of Lubrin.
