As an additional service to the vendor, being part of the consortium, vendors may list thier property through us with 3 other well known and established Estates Agents in the area, Realtors, Price Brown and Mojacar Homes. All the benifits of 4 seperate agents without the extra hassle of having to deal with extra people and various offices.
 We have 3 general bands of commission, sole agent at 3%, consortium listing at 4% and we list Muli-Agent properties at a standard 5%. Rates are negotiable in special cases and if you sell your property yourself or another agent sells your property WE WILL NOT ASK YOU FOR ANY COMMISSION.
